*FIXED* SHITBOX SIMULATOR 1.15 PATCH

Some bugs with audio and such occurred because I fucked up while compiling it. It is now fixed. Also added some more goodies:
- The shitbox has a less severe seizure (it shakes less)
- Textures look better
- The shitbox can no longer be offset
- You know have a time-out-of-the-garage meter!
- The mechanic is somehow even faster.
- Some layering issues were patched up.
